How will the jewels be packaged?
We package each jewel in an individual wooden box. When delivered in Prague, the box is put in a luxurious black paper bag. When delivered outside of Prague, quality paper boxes are used. Thanks to using our own packaging, we guarantee maximum protection of the jewels delivered.
The jewel which I chose is not in stock. Can I order it?
If the selected jewel or the size you request is not in stock, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at studio@janjaprokic.com. If it’s feasible, we will try to make your jewel as soon as possible.
How long does the production of a jewel which is not in stock take?
The production of a jewel takes from 4 to 6 weeks after processing the advance payment.
How do I know my ring size?
It’s easy! You can find out at home. See our instructions.
Find out your ring size using a measuring strip:
1. Print out the attached file. Use the 1:1 format on your printer.
2. Cut out the strip and cut an opening on the left side.
3. Wrap the strip around your finger so that the marked sizes are on the outside of the paper.
4. Pull the end of the strip through the opening.
5. Please bear in mind that you need to pull the ring over your knuckle. Therefore, select a size which you can pull over the knuckle easily, only with a slight deformation of the paper ring.
6. The indicated size which fits in the opening of the strip shows the ring size for the measured finger.
Find out your ring size using a ring you already wear:
1. Print out the attached file. Use the 1:1 format on your printer.
2. Place the ring onto the circle so that its inner line matches with the circle on the paper.
The number inside the circle shows your ring size.
Is it possible to buy a gift voucher?

How can I pay for the jewel?
In our e-shop you can use the following methods.

How can I use the gift voucher?

What are the delivery methods and period for the Czech Republic?
Standard transport

Within Prague, our driver will deliver your order to the address you specify and delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from ordering.
Outside of Prague, we deliver via DHL to the specified address within 3 to 5 working days of ordering with the possibility of tracking the shipment.
What are the delivery methods and period for foreign countries?
We deliver abroad via DHL carrier. We deliver the shipment for 900 CZK to the specified address within 3 to 5 working days from ordering with the possibility of tracking the shipment. Please note that shipments to the UK and non-EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We would like to notify you that the orders to the UK and other countries outside the EU may be subject to custom duty and taxes covered by the consignee.
Is it possible to deliver the jewel to a country which is not listed?
If you haven’t found your country on the list, please contact us via email at studio@janjaprokic.com. We’ll suggest possible delivery methods.
How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the delivery service, which will include a link to tracking your parcel. When being delivered in Prague, you’ll receive a confirmation text message, which will include the time of delivery and the phone number of our driver.
May I change the delivery address?
If you need to change the delivery address before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail at studio@janjaprokic.com. If the consignment has been given to the delivery service, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I choose more delivery addresses?
We can send a consignment to one address only at a time. If you want individual items to be sent to various addresses, please make individual orders for each jewel and each place of delivery.
Can I return the jewels bought in the e-shop?
Yes, you can return unworn jewels in the original undamaged packaging with no reason given within two weeks after the receipt. The delivery cost is covered by the consignor. We guarantee reimbursement on your account within a week after receiving and controlling undamaged jewels. How do I return jewels bought in the e-shop?

Can I exchange jewels bought in the e-shop?
Yes, you can exchange unworn and undamaged jewels within two weeks after the receipt. The delivery cost is covered by the consignor. You can find the complete commercial conditions here:

How long does it take to repair a jewel?
The duration of repairs or modifications of our jewels depends on individual items. Usually, we manage to repair a jewel within 3 weeks. For further information about specific repairs, please contact us via email at studio@janjaprokic.com and we will agree on the next steps.

How should I care for the jewels?
To protect your jewels from external influences and to prolong their life, we recommend to follow the advice below. These recommendations concern mainly gold and ruthenium plated jewels because their finishing is not permanent:
· Avoid contact of the jewel with water, soap, perfumes or cosmetics. Also, detergents and other chemical products may be damaging to pearls and precious stones.
· We recommend to take off the jewels when on the beach, doing sports or manual work.
· When not wearing the jewel, put it in its box so that it doesn’t touch other jewels to prevent scratching.
In case of atypical jewels – the open fox ring, the fox-head ring, the big fox ring or the mistletoe bracelet- we recommend to adjust the size of your ring the first. If you bend the jewel repeatedly, it may cause mechanical damage.
